their building in other countries but they must reach to other countries by various ways. The
following file is having YIPS model on Apple Company.

Technological change- Countries are focusing toward technological change and adopt that
technology which help them to increase their productivity and profitability. In context of Apple
which produces mobile phones, laptops, tabs and many others are required positive technological
factor. They need to update their software and manufacture technological devices.
International branding- Apple is focused to promote their brand at international level and their
promotional strategies are differ according to their operating nation (CuervoCazurra, Doz and
Gaur, 2020). For example they will promote their brand different in UK as compared to any Asia
country.
Global strategy lever-
Marketing- It is essential for Apply Company to focus on their marketing activities at global
level because these activities only help them to aware their customers about their brand and
products.
Competitive moves- They always try to introduce their new feature with new device and they
focus on price skimming strategy where they introduce their new mobile with high prices and
lower down the prices after few months when they introduce another featured mobile.
Management and organisational factors-
Hire high skilled employees- Apple company hire employees of that country where they expand
