China. This is located in Sichuan Dist, ZIBO and is the manufacturer, importer, retailer and
online dealer of textile products in China. The organization is specialised in high quality dyed
yarn and dyed fabric along with Blended yarn, Combed cotton, Fibre, chemical, shirt, silk,
stretched pants and digitally printed clothes. The management of such organization formulate the
effective planning and uses good leadership approaches to complete the task and maintain higher
profitability. The report covers description of two effective leadership style that has impacts on

performance. In relation to Lu Thai Textile Co., leaders are transformational who introduces the
changes for expanding their business in another market and launching new products as well as
