INTRODUCTION
In order to gain effective development within tourism industry, it always needed to have
competitive advantages by which they can get better economic growth, global position as well as
better employment or services in an appropriate manner. Therefore, tourism sector always
considered as developing industry that have huge impact of economy of host country. Along
with there are lots of ideas and thoughts which are emerging with the tourism field. Herein, such
kind of ideas make tourism industries sustainable at marketplace (Tugjamba and Gantumur,
2020). This assignment is based on Topdeck international tourism company which provides
ample trips for people with age group of 18 to 39 throughout North America, Europe, Asia and
so many. Furthermore, this report includes adverse effect of tourism industry and process needed
to formulates an effective tourism industry. Lastly, contribution of key stakeholders and
strategies emerging in sustainable tourism will get covered.

P1 Adverse impact of travel and tourism that have driven require for sustainable tourism
development
Travelling always considered as one of the most important and beautiful thing. It is
helpful for people to learn about the world, gain new experiences, taste several types of food and
so many things. But at the same side, people are not able to travel sustainably that can have few
negative effects on any place (Eyuboglu and Eyuboglu, 2020). Thus, tourism industries have
power to upheaval communities from poverty but sometimes it can damage their identity as well.
In regards with Topdeck, as they are offering 330 assorted tours within 65 countries. But on the
same side there are few issues that have direct impact on firm's identity. Some of the issues are
mentioned in beneath:
Pressure on the resources of the area:
This is most considerable negative impact of tourism. When people stay in some places,
they commonly use local resources like electricity, water, local food items and vehicle.

destinations for people so that they also enjoy local services of their particular destination. So
that sometimes they directly harm water as they use shower limitless so it rescue the water for
flashing. Sometime, they forgot to close the tape properly. These sorts of issues directly
influence place as well as tourism or travel sector.
Growth of aggression:
If travellers are not able to review websites of specific place in which they want to visit
than it develop tensions between tourists as well as local people. Therefore, it is important for

which they can easily enjoy their holidays in a perfect manner. Herein, waste management and
