Research Project: Global Talent Management and Business Performance

This research project investigates the best practices in global talent management and their impact on the business performance of multinational organizations, with a specific focus on Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The study employs a systematic approach, including a literature review using secondary sources like articles and books, and a mixed-methods approach involving both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The research utilizes research philosophy, research approach, interviews, and questionnaires to achieve its objectives. Data analysis techniques such as frequency distribution analysis and thematic analysis are employed to evaluate the collected data. The project aims to understand the conceptual framework of global talent management, identify best practices, assess the importance of talent management in improving business performance, and ascertain the challenges faced due to poor talent management practices. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into effective global talent management strategies and their contribution to organizational success.
