(A) Motivation is highly recommended to achieve the goals that company has selected.
For that every leader has to create a positive environment for his team to collect best.
In the case of Tariq Khan who holds the honour of best leadership must be motivate
his team to get best result in business market. With Global team Khan has to create a
healthy environments which can creates an atmosphere by providing best comfort
level to his employees (Neeley, 2018). He has to adopt various interesting ways that
can attract attention of employees towards his work. Some motivate speech can help
him meet the social distance that is very important to achieve the goal of success of
company. With some reward and recognition system Khan can motivate his team to
their work. On the other hand Khan has to continue the process of self improving.
(B) Strength of a team is depended on the best teamwork. Khan has to find a good team to
meet need of company. Therefore Global Team has decided to reach the people mind
how have different cultural and linguistic differences. It is noticed that social
differences create issues for leading team various time. For that Khan has to follow
the Core reading model that is called SPLIT. Structure, Process, Language, Identity
and Technology these five elements are very important to build a strong base for
company and with this Khan can achieve the goal of success easily. Each factors can
give the chances to gain profits from business market. Structure defined the process of
learning to emphasize level of group identity and bridge differences (Carter et al.
2015). Process defined the planning. The unstructured time can be set with this proper
planning with ease. With this knowledge may reflected and behaviour also. On the
other hand Language is necessary to made good communication. Identity defines
identity of an individual and the process how he define himself at his workplace.
Technology defines system of communication system with media. Khan has to apply

methods of communication with other throughout these technologies. Khan has
adopted Global Team to reach to those different culture people with communication
system.
(C) Communication plays a key role in meeting goals. For that Khan has to choose the
path of improvement entire communication system. Better communication empowers
whole team members by their own decision making power (Tenzer & Pudelko, 2015).
Khan can provide high comfort zone to his team and deliver the confident to capable
in their roles. Not only Khan needs to manage the obstacle of communication he has
to meet the distance of socially. Though English is the language of Global business
therefore Khan has to learn about this language and also has to provide same
knowledge among his team successfully. For that he has to create a comfortable
environment of communication to his team. On the other hand he can also implant
various strategies to achieve goals easily. He has to implant employee engagement
strategy that is necessary for the growth of company. As a result employee of his team
can get encourage to do their job on time.
