INTRODUCTION
Evolution and development of tourism has taken several years to range the current level.
It is the study of various kinds of connection of human with their atmosphere in the specific
stages. To understand this, it is essential to review the past researches and which factors change
the tourism by influencing them. This is a slow change in the development of tourism state from
past to till now and will continue to the rest of the following period. Basically developing the
tourism can be said as the maintenance and growth of this industry in an area which creates plans
and strategies to encourage the tourism for an end(Artal-Tur, 2018). It has become an important
factor because it is the source of creating an income and generations for placements in many
countries and also develops the structure of a country. Hence, let's discuss the evolution and
development, positive and negative impacts of tourism along with their factors.
MAIN BODY
Tourism can be defined as an activity of being away from their belonging surrounding for
the different purposes which can be business or for economical process along with relaxation and
entertainment. On other side, framing the concept of contemporary tourism which means modern
tourism. It presents new formula for considering change in world, address commerce and ethical
code. Modern tourism is categorized into five factors such as : Historical Value : Most of the people love to explore the cultural destinations(Cassar,
Whitfield and Chapman, 2020). They were much attracted with the customs and rituals of
the past society and enjoy the ancient monuments, forts and palaces of earlier crowned
head and queens.
Social-Economic system : It includes availability which means travelling in different
modes of transport to enjoy the beautiful scenario, secondly the accommodation depends
on of the lifestyles of the tourists, their standard of living and capacity to spend the
money. Along with this how well the person maintain their activities like roping
paragliding and so on. If the finance and insurance services hold on the tourist, which
helps to encourage local economy to extend.
