an organisation. A case study of ALDI.
INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is the process through which business or other enterprises deals in other
nation at international level. There is difference in working style of association at local and
international level. In globalisation, there is coordination and collaboration with national and
international political parties. There is difference in demand, so it is essential to perform
operations according to international trade policies. There is difference in social, culture and
religious factor as per difference in geographical culture. Hence to make good brand image at
international level, manager has analyse it and then market product and services (Adam, 2012).
This report is based on ALDI which is discount super market chain. This organisation has around
10000 stores in approximately 20 countries. It has headquarter in Germany. This report covers
project aims, objectives, project management plan, work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart,
quantitative and qualitative research methods, data interpretation and last conclusion and
recommendations.

P1 Project aims and objectives
Globalisation is the act which assist in performing operations at international level. There
are some changes which has to be accepted by managers of ALDI to make long term
sustainability at international level. There are many changes which has to be done by managers
of organisation in order to expand business at international level. Managers has to motivate
employees to give best through which brand image of association can be maintained.
Globalisation of business can be done in appropriate manner through use of different strategies.
Globalisation is beneficial for organisation's growth and development through increment in

Background of Project
In this project, there is discussion about concept of globalisation, which is relevant for
expanding business at international level. As there are many employees working in ALDI, so
expansion of business can be done in effective way when they have knowledge related to it. With
globalisation, there is promotion of cultural values, international cooperation and assist nation to
achieve economic interdependency (Ariely, 2012). In context of association, employees are
satisfied that they are working at global level, so labour turnover and absenteeism is less. This is
beneficial for growth and development of ALDI. There are many departments such as finance,
