(Gebauer, 2016). It is major duty of project manager to calculate time
required for completion of this research project. In context with
research, time period of 2 months will be taken, which will starts with
deciding the topic, collection of the data, complete analysis along with
finding suitable results. These 2 months will be divided into two parts:
first half for selecting the aims and objectives, preparing the question
are along with managing resources for data collection and second half
will cover data collection, analysis along with finding suitable result.
Apart from this, BBC needs 1 year of minimum time for business

money.
Quality
Quality is more essential and important part of project management. In

Reflectional analysis:
When I was doing research, I have majorly gone through various ups & downs, which
has created several problems while collecting data/ information in an effective manner. Also, the
major issues I faced was lack of time, because, research project is in detailed structure, which
requires at least 20 days more from current stated one. Time durations of 2 months was
inadequate. Another issues are the major lack of funds, as this type of research majorly consists
of high usage of resources with advance technology usage. Funds was limited because, BBC has
generated limited budget to us as per their actual capacity. Also, I had faced issues while
interacting to various different nature respondents, this is because of my weak communication
skills along with lack of knowledge and accurate information required for conducting research
was inadequate and insufficient. Lastly, this project makes me realize that I need to work on my
actual and potential skills and talents to make further projects “A big success”.

actual measure to conduct to conduct the surveys for the purpose of data collection through well-
structured and build questionnaire as well as observation. During the project various problems
has been found such as lack of appropriate knowledge and information while conducting this
projects. Lack of communication and interpersonal was also one of the major issues, while
interacting with respondents on the larger basis. Even, problems related to non-using of the
statistical tools has been found such as pilot testing and SPSS tool to arrive at the valid
conclusion of this research project. Lack of major skills and potential was some of an issues
which needs to be overcome. For better conducting of respondents survey, training has been
given to every person, who were assigned the task to do so. As well as, training over taking
separate has been generated. Different types of respondents has been faced with critical or good
behaviour or nature. It was found that manpower hired was suffering with an issues of lack of
desired skills & knowledge to conduct survey to arrive at the valid conclusions.
