how the project is started, monitored as well as controlled. It is a baseline of the entire research
(Kerzner, 2019). Without project management plan, it is not accomplish-able to accomplish the
inclination goals of research study. Thus, in order to reach the desired aims and objectives,
researcher in this study has made project plan where scholar has included cost, scope, time,
quality, communication, risk and resources which are involves in conducting this study.
Cost: Cost is very important element of the PMP as it includes all the cost that is
acquired in conducting this research. If researcher will not allocate the cost than it will affect the
result of the research (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). So, researcher has prepared budget in which
all the cost of the research is allocated accordingly. In this present research the expected cost
incurred will be £8500.

By doing this, researcher will maintain the reliability and validity of the research. This present
research will be complete in approximately 109 days.
Quality: Quality of the research is very important as directly affect the validity and
confidentiality of the research. It is duty of the researcher to maintain the researcher to maintain
the quality of the research from the beginning to the end.
Communication: The essence of the investigation because if there is gap in
communication, it will impact on the quality along with result of the research is called as

Risk: Risk is probable feature in the research as it is all-important to manage the risk in
selected way. Researcher is very careful and aware of those risk which could affect the reliability
and confidentiality of study (Larson and Gray, 2017). In this present investigation, there is risk of
loss of data, theft of data, physical risk like injury or any illness.
Resources: This is another most important part as it is very essential that research as
without resources it is not possible to execute the study. Resources drives the research to the

P.4 Research Methodology
Introduction
Research Methodology is one of the most important part of managing a successful
business project. It is the process to collect the data or information and its analysis for research in
a designated manner.
Research Type:
Research type is a tool that is used in the research that is used to collect and interpret the
data in a designated way as well as to make further decision. Qualitative and Quantitate are two
types on which the entire research is based on (Pruzan, 2016). Exploratory research is basically
qualitative research in which all the information collected are non-numerical in nature. Whereas,
the research that is based on numbers, statistics and establish inception as well as effect
relationship is knowns as quantitative investigation. The present investigation is regards with
qualitative investigation as researcher has collected information on small sample and information
collected are based on feeling and views of information.
Research Approach
Researcher have to look over the research approach when research methods are selected
as it is the program as well as procedure for consisting the steps towards the broad assumption
dealing about the methods. Inductive and Deductive are mainly two methods in research
approaches (Barquero and Bosch, 2015). Deductive approaches are those in which hypothesis is
set as well as concerned about the existing theories whereas inductive approaches are obsessed
with the generation of new hypothesis from rising data. In this present research, research worker
has chosen deductive approach because it is appropriate when investigation is qualitative.
Sampling
It is heart of business as it is very important that all the researcher should select those
sample that is suitable and mops appropriate to answer the research. There are two techniques of
sampling which are probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling. The technique in which
representative have equal chances to be selected in the sample is known as probabilistic sampling
(Fox and Alldred, 2015). Whereas, the techniques where researcher do not have equivalent
chances is knowns as non-probabilistic sampling. This current research, research worker has
used probabilistic sampling where research worker has chosen 25 Human resource managers of

Hilton Hotel as they are the right sample who are eligible to answer the question because the aim
is to determine the influence of globalisation on human resource roles and responsibilities. .
Data Collection
This is another element of research methodology and one of the most all-important
portion of research. This is the procedure which is utilized to gather the data. However, there are
two kind of techniques in data collection which are primary and secondary. The methods in
which researcher collect the data from own efforts and information that is fresh is called as
primary data such as survey, questionnaire, scheduled, interview etc. Whereas, the method in
which researcher collect the data from other sources is called as secondary data such as books,
journals, dairy, government publications, internet etc. In this present research, researcher has
collected data from primary sources for which researcher has prepared questionnaire because it is
one of the best way to take the reviews of respondents and it is time and cost effective method
(Bulmer, 2017).
Data Analysis
After data collection, now it’s time to think over the data analysis. Data Analysis is the
process to clean the data and transform into meaningful information. There are two methods
qualitative and quantitative methods. The methods that is used to analysis the data through
statistical tools such as SPSS, spread sheet is called as quantitative analysis. Whereas, the data
that is analysed through thematic analysis is called as qualitative analysis (Mackey and Marsden,
2015). This present research is associated with qualitative data where researcher has analysed the
data through thematic analysis as well as present information by table, graph and charts.
