1. Introduction
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined as a new generation of technology that has the
power of transforming any sector. With the rise of AI, many of the sectors such as agricultural,
manufacturing, logistics and energy have been highly gained wide importance (Makridakis
2017). The technology of AI thus provides a different kind of opportunities to different sectors.
2. Research Questions
 What is the need for artificial intelligence?
 What are the different sectors that are influenced by AI?
 What are the supported benefits that are supported by AI?
 What are the opportunities and challenges that are presented by AI?
3. Discussion
With the power of AI technologies, it would be useful for creating value for several
industries. It would also be easy for convincing the stakeholders based on investing within the
capabilities of AI.
Some of the basic questions that should be judged based on the piloting of the first AI-
based project is:
1. Would the project be a quick win? – Each of the initiative based projects should be
chosen as soon as possible. They should be limited within a time period of 6-12 months and
should be guaranteed with a high rate of success (Li, Hou and Wu 2017). Hence, instead of

performing only one pilot project, only some projects should be chosen for the creation of
significant success.
2. Would the pilot project be clumsy in size? – The selected project for a company
should provide enough meaning for the company. It should also be ensured that the project
would be able to provide the best kind of business benefits for the company (Wisskirchen et al.
2017). After a quick estimation of the success rate for the project, it should also be maintained
that the concerned project would be able to lead the company for adopting different other AI
projects in the future.
3. Whether the project is specifically for the choices of the industry? – Based on the
choice of a specific project for a company, the internal stakeholders should be able to ensure the
value of the project. Each of the industries should ensure the benefits that could be incurred after
the AI based project goes live in the market (Zhu and Azar 2015). There might be a high chance
that the project would meet each of the success criteria and there would assist each of the
stakeholders involved within the organisation. With the implementation of the AI based
processes, the industries should be able to streamline the various processes in order to create
value-added service.
4. Is the project moving on the proper track and in proper collaboration? – During
the process of the building of the AI team for any concerned project, it would be highly
necessary for choosing the proper kind of external partners who would be responsible for
assisting the industry in achieving their goals (Fast and Horvitz 2017). In an eventual process,
there might also be a need for the development of an in-house AI team. However, it has been
seen that while the waiting process longs, it might be slow to keep in pace with the rise of AI.

5. Is the project creating value for the industry? – It has been seen that most of the AI
based projects have been helpful for the creation of value for the various teams involved over a
concerned project. The creation of values can be created in the following ways: reduction of
business-related costs, increasing business revenue and also launching new lines within the
business sector (Jeschke et al. 2017). With the help of AI based influences, the company would
be able to predict the increasing number of sales and revenue for the organization. Based on the
conclusions drawn from the variety of influence, it would be highly beneficial for the company
to invest in the development within the sector.
4. Conclusion
Based on the discussion supported, it can be concluded that with the rise of AI-based
technologies, different industries have gained huge momentum to increase business sales. With
the impact of AI, the projects would be able to automate the tasks that were previously
performed by humans. Before the start of the execution of the pilot project, the particular
timeline predicted costs and future outcomes of the project should be considered. There should
also be a consideration that the team should also be able to communicate and spread different
ideas based on adopting the use of the AI supported technology and thus help in increasing the
future prospects of the concerned sector. The AI supported technologies would be able to bring
better kind of impacts towards the future business prospects and these would thus help in
increasing the business revenue of the company.

1. Introduction
With the growth of the economy of the business sector, it might be an important factor
for every business to search for new ways in order to advertise and sell their products. There
have been different forms of important trends that would be highly important for putting an
impact over the business (Hair Jr et al. 2015). In recent times, it has been seen that the
international markets are continuously evolving and thus every company should strive towards
the creation of new strategies that would be helpful for the company. The report focuses on the
major forms of trends that would impact the global business.
2. Discussion
Based on the major forms of trends impacting the global market, some of the motivation
for the developments includes market opportunities. The different kind of opportunities in the
market would be able to provide major kind of motivation towards the firm (Costa, Montenegro
and Gomes 2016). The risks occurring within the market should be diversified and thus each of
the companies should strive harder in order to classify each of the risks. Based on the
understandable risks, the different kind of external factors affecting the behaviour of products
should be properly analysed.
In recent times, automation has struck the major parts within the organisation. Most of
the works that had previously been performed by humans have been highly replaced with the
help of automated machines (Kasriel-Alexander 2016). With the impact of such kind of
technologies, there has been major ease in the number of tasks that were previously performed

by humans. The workplace culture has also changed rapidly and thus put a major impact on the
entire industries.
Teamwork provides a major form of motivation within an organization. A high amount of
collaboration with the team members would mostly lead to a high amount of progress for the
team. Based on working in different teams, the nature of the work pattern of individuals would
be affected in a positive manner. The matter of privacy is also considered as an important
concern when there is a performance of teamwork (Wong and Brooks 2015). Each of the team
members should be highly concerned about the matter of privacy and thus should be engaged in
designing better kind of measures for the team. This would thus ensure that any particular details
that are discussed within the team would not be disclosed before any particular individual who is
outside of the team.
A cognitive bias could be thus considered as a systematic error within the thinking
process. Such kind of biases would be considered in the form of heuristic. Confirmation bias can
also be considered as a negative factor in the process of decision making (Watanabe et al. 2016).
The project manager should be able to support each of the decisions that are made within the
team and thus should device certain measures that would be highly affecting the quality of
making of decisions. Based on a certain project or work activity, the manager should perform an
initial plan that would be made for the performing of the task (Charles Jr, Schmidheiny and
Watts 2017). Privacy is also considered as an important concern for the team members. The
different forms of biases that might appeal towards the project should be resolved at the earliest
in order to ensure the proper working order of each of the tasks involved within the project.

Hence, from the above discussion, it could be concluded that the different trends that are
impacting the workforce should be realised at the earliest. In the discussion, it has been discussed
that the different factors for the motivation behind the recent developments should be highly
focused upon. There should be a high level of assessment of the performance of the workers.
There is also a high form of challenge based on the issue of productivity. The companies should
be able to incur the best form of practices based on ensuring a high quality of business outputs
for the company. Although automation is the most important trend that has been impacting the
workforce, this form of technological changes would be able to bring better good for the entire
workplace culture and society. Hence, it could be concluded the workplace should adopt such
kind of changes and thus embrace the change with a positive nature.
