The reason behind selecting this topic is to identify the benefit that a company get after

According to view point of Saxena, 2014 Globalisation of business support a company to gain
several benefits like access to technology, raw material, resources and manpower at cheaper
rate. This support an organisation to improve the quality of operations by adopting the high
quality of resources and other material at relatively lower price to produce more standardised
product. This is because, an organisation adopt the expansion of business operations at global
level so that it would be able to provide more standardised products by adopting the culture
and taste of people within a particular region so that variation in product can be taken into
consideration. This also contribute toward increasing the sales and profitability of a company
at global market by increasing its brand value among customers resides at several different
locations.
Ways adopted by organisation to deal with operational inefficiency at international level.
As per the view point of Sammy Collins, 2019, globalisation is the process in which
organisational activities are conducted on international level across countries. This support an

organisation to get access to several factor which help in enhancing the level of operational
quality by removing the issues which an organisation faces at current place of operations. By
entering into global market an organisation get access to more capital which make it easier for
them to invest toward improving the operational efficiency in term of installing new
machineries, providing training to employees, hiring expertise. Despite of this, it also support
in getting access to more advanced technology which help in improving the production
process of companies and thus contributed toward enhancing the operational efficiency.
The relationship between globalisation of operation and increasing productivity
From the view point of Grossman and Helpman, 2015, globalisation holds up a direct
relationship with an organisational success by improving and standardising the business
operation through integration of culture and practices. By expanding the business operations
at global level, an organisation become able to maintain its cost of production in effective
manner as with the expansion of business it become able to access the resources and other
material of high quality at cheaper rate which contribute toward increasing its productivity.
Hence, the globalisation of business operations proves to be more beneficial for increasing the
productivity of company that further contributed toward increasing market share by becoming
able to satisfy the need of customers.
Research gap
It is required by different department to perform their operation in effective manner in order
to reduce the chances of error which directly affect the performance as well as operational
efficiency of a company. Hence, in order to deal with the issue of operational inefficiency
company can expand in such countries which contains high skilled labour, technological
advancement and provide more access to capital which help in removing the reasons behind
inefficiency involve in operations. This assist in improving the practices performed for
improving operational efficiency.

Research methodology refers to as that section of an investigation which brief about the
number of tools and techniques used within investigation for gathering, evaluating and
interpreting the information in effective manner. The tools and technique used for
investigation are mentioned below:
Research philosophy- There are basically two type of philosophies that are commonly used
within an investigation positivism and interpretivisim. In this investigation interpretivisim
philosophy will be used as it is effective for qualitative investigation where it evaluates
already prescribed information for providing more detailed description to have in depth
understanding.
Research approach- The approaches used for an investigation are of two type inductive and
deductive. For conducting this investigation inductive approach will be used as it helps in
presenting information in more detailed and understandable manner by making use of
graphical and chart format.
Data source- The information about a particular research topic is gathered from two type of
data collection sources such as primary and secondary information. In this both the method
will be used where primary information will be collected with the help of questionnaire that

aid in gathering new information from larger number of people at single time. On other hand
secondary information will be gathered by taking viewpoints of authors from several sources
like books, journal, article etc. and then critically evaluating them through literature review.
Type of investigation- There are mainly two type of investigation method used to gather and
present information i.e. qualitative and quantitative. In this investigation qualitative method
will be used as it provides a theoretical framework that support in performing in depth
investigation so that detail information can be presented.
Sampling technique- It refers to the method of selecting group of people for gathering
information from them on behalf of total population. There are two type of sampling
technique used such as probabilistic and non-probabilistic. In this investigation non-
probabilistic technique will be used where respondents will be selected on random basis
without any kind of bias behaviour.
