Present report has been conducted to TESCO which is one of the leading and multi-national
organisation operating their activities in retailing industry. Company was founded in the year
1919 while having headquarter in England. Products and services have been offered through the
medium of superstore, supermarket, convenience shop and hypermarket.

who are part of it. This is also beneficial for people across whole world as they will be able to
maintain balance between profits and cost. This is a process which is helpful for Companies in
getting maximum benefits as there are maximum output with minimum resources. Each country
has their own specific culture which is adopted by various organisation. Foreign direct
investment is also a strategy just like globalisation which is helping companies on achievement
of higher sales. This is a process which is leading to very high competition between companies
and advancement of technology is also a part of globalisation. As when a company enters a new
country there are many innovations which are approached in that country. All this leads to higher
sales in of organisations who are able to have a differentiation advantage. With this concept there

Block sampling, random sampling, quota sampling, judgement sampling, marketing sampling,
systematic sampling etc. any method from these can be selected by investigator and sample can
be drawn(Kumar, 2019).
