project. As there are any activities in this research such as setting aims and objectives, data
analysis, etc. so it is easy for researcher to distribute whole time among different activities. This
Gantt Chart helps in tracking activities of project with their schedule (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017).
Hence it is clear that Gantt Chart is technique through which it is easy to define activities of

TASK 4
P7 Reflection for achieving research aims and objectives
While conducting this research I am able to learn about basic terminologies of research. I

team, hence I am able to achieve project aims and objectives. I feel that there is lack of
leadership because of it we are not able to complete project on time. There are some personal
issues among team mates, if affects working style because they are not read to work in team. We
have proper communication with meetings, conference call and able to store data properly. I am
able to communicate with respondents properly and this helps me in collecting data.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion concept of globalisation, aspects which has to considered are
understood. It is concluded that with launching Crunchie Blast Stick Ice Cream at Ethiopia, it is
easy to expand consumer base and sales. In this report, data is collect from employees through
primary source hence number of sample is small i.e. 10. there are some issues which affects
