Research is a systematic study of a particular topic
using the various scientific methods to figure out the
cause and to draw out a solution for it (Thrift and
Amin, 2017) . Research are of two types – primary and
secondary research.
Primary research- This research is a costly
method to proceed with because it consists of
collection of fresh information by involving
various sources which are questionnaire,
personal interviews, etc. As it is required to
provide accurate data, researcher prefers it but
only with the abundance of resources and time
period (ohanson and Mattsson, 2015)
Secondary research- it is a very important
method through which relevant information
can be generated about the research topic in a
less time period and minimum cost. The data
which is gathered from this source is through
the help of books, published articles, internet
sites, etc.
Qualitative research- this research is beneficial
when the researcher wants to analyse the views
, behaviour, beliefs, etc. of others . By, using
qualitative research method it is essential for
the researcher to determine the reason and
cause for every action of human. It does not
allow to capture the entire population to gather
a collective information but it can be useful to
control the cost and time (Williamson and De
Meyer, 2012). The accurate data collected is
with the help of interviews, questionnaires, etc.
Quantitative research- It is used to collect the
