The research into actual action is based on analyze the potential
influence of globalization over the corporate structure of
multinational organizations and the key challenges faces by them
and in this, The outcome of the research are mainly discussed with
the stakeholders who are in connection with the affair of Centrica
Plc. Thus the major stakeholders of the research involves, managers,
shareholders, employees, customers of the firm. Therefore, these
stakeholders are effective in providing relevant information and
analysing the issue in appropriate manner.

Recommendations
From the in-depth analysis of the project it has been recommended that
as a large energy and gas company its is important for Centrica Plc
to analyse the customers need regarding the facilities they offered,
thus this is effective in exploring the business operations at global
level. It has also been recommended to Centrica Plc, to follow
business ethics in respect to maintaining organisational operations
within corporate structure, therefore, this is efficacious in systematic
execution of business operations.

Reflection
The present investigation area is effectual for me in developing my
academic skills and enhance my aptitude regarding the areas of
implementing investigation activities in right manner. During the
implementation of an investigation, I have achieved stacks of
comprehension, as this examination is effective for me in exploring
my own skills and capability which could be effective for me in
conducting my future projects in more liable manner.
