INTRODUCTION
Globalization is comprehensively said to be as the integration of businesses, people,
government and economies beyond international boundaries. Globalisation has brought range of
benefits for the businesses as well as society which help them out in attaining growth in quicker
period of time (Demir and Varlık, 2015). With the passing period of time, it has been seen that
along with the profits and benefits process of globalisation has also affected the world in
negative manner too. The most negative influence of this process can be seen in the form of
increasing terrorism. Some of the main example of globalisation which depicts enhancement of
criminal activities are stated in the project.
MAIN BODY
Process of globalisation can be seen in the form of increasing accessibility of individuals
from one place to another with the motive of executing their work in rightful manner. It has been
acknowledged that along with the range of benefits which are attained by the world the process
of globalisation at same time affecting businesses as well as the society a lot. Australia is highly
developed nation which is having strong relations with the other nations that helps them out in
executing the business activities in best form (Rygiel, 2016). Here, it can be said that on one end
Australia enjoys the process of globalisation while on the other hand, the same country is facing
lots of difficulties related to the same process in terms of increasing criminal acts and terrorism
based activities. One of the common examples of this can be seen in Al Qaeda aircraft attack on
New York Washington in the year 2001. Here, the sources have depicted that the overall
planning of this terrorist act was performed with the usage of one of the common form of
advance technologies such as social media which have supported terrorists to have effective
communication with one another and surely remote whole activity till its execution (The Impact

nation growth but it’s society too have gone through the negative phase. Another common
example of negative influence of globalisation on Australia in terms of increasing criminal based
activities are money laundering, cyber crime, smuggling of diamonds, iPhone, wild trade,
clothing and many others. All of them collaboratively can be considered as the terrorism
activities which are not affecting the nation’s growth but at the same time it affects the society
too in negative manner (Wu and Winchester, 2015).

CONCLUSION
On the basis of above specified explanation on the project, it can be said that influence of
globalisation over the world can be seen in both the positive as well as negative manner. The
main negative influence of globalisation is that it indirectly provides support to the criminal
based activities which increases terrorism across the world wide. Access to advance form of
technology simply terrorists in exchanging information about their criminal plans and accessing
confidential information of the government to execute their terrorist based events.
