Background to interest
I have an interest in this sector and I want to build my career in this field. Also, I want to
enhance my existing knowledge about the concept of globalization as well as its impact on
the performance of banks. Therefore, I think that this project will help me in enhancing my
knowledge as well as developing new skills.
Brief about the three chapters
This research is focussed towards enhancing the overall existing knowledge of the readers
about the globalization as well as its impact on the performance of banks. It will also explain
how the implementation of global measures improves the quality of products in banks.
Deductive research approach has been used and the researcher has ensured that the
various ethical considerations are taken into account while conducting the research.

academic subjects that I have studies during college. Apart from
this, I have always had an interest in human resources and

want to build a career in the field of human resources and hence
I developed a research question related to the HR field.

customers. Due to this, companies have to face a lot of negative

Barclays is a British multinational bank that is headquartered in
London, United Kingdom. The organization is a market leader in
the same (Parry and Urwin, 2021). The company operates
across different geographic locations and has a large number of
clients that it serves. Currently, the business is facing issues with
its customer relations because the customers are raising issues
that their queries as well as concerns are not being addressed in
an effective manner.
