This topic is related with stream of researcher, so this improves knowledge about their

members, so there is difference in their working style as well. With understanding and
determining changes in culture values, worker's confidence can be maintained. This

Different techniques which are used to conduct investigation is as under-
Pragmatist philosophy is better because this is the best way to complete the study as it focus
on understanding and evaluating issues which occur in the organisation. Deductive approach
is used in this study with qualitative research method and it will be easy for people to
understand and perform operations properly. Descriptive research design is used under which

complete methods and methodologies are discussed. Information is collected from primary
and secondary sources of information will be used through which in- depth study and results
can be provided. For collecting primary data 20 managers and departmental head are selected
through simple random probable sampling.
