out favourable outcomes in specific time frame. It has been analysed that without LR section no
data can be analysed properly and here investigator basically take helps of previously research
done an and also this kind of research also improve knowledge related to the topic. Along with
this, it can be said that literature review section helps in touching those areas in the topic which
has not been touched before. Under the present investigation, some apps are going to be pulled
out regarding objectives which has been introduced in in introduction section Ana

Concept of globalisation
According to Hoffmann and Kumar, (2013), globalisation can be considered as an element
which removes all the trade barriers among countries and helps business organisations in in
performing their operations at international level across the boundaries. World economy is
something which could be taken as one of a crucial factor which become globalised. Since it is
increasingly behaving as though it were a part of a single market, with interdependent
production, consuming similar goods, and responding to the same impulses. Globalization is

manifested in the growth of world trade as a proportion of output (the ratio of world imports to
gross world product, GWP, has grown from some 7% in 1938 to about 10% in 1970 to over 18%
in 1996). It is reflected in the explosion of foreign direct investment (FDI): FDI in developing
countries has increased from $2.2 billion In last few decades to $154 billion at this decade. It has
resulted also in national capital markets becoming increasingly integrated, to the point where
some $1.3 trillion per day crosses the foreign exchange markets of the world, of which less than
2% is directly attributable to trade transactions.
While they cannot be measured with the same ease, some other features of globalization are
perhaps even more interesting. An increasing share of consumption consists of goods that are
available from the same companies almost anywhere in the world. The technology that is used to
produce these goods is increasingly standardized and invariant to the location of production.

the cost of living for everyone around the world.

As mentioned by Njaya, (2014), one of the most common critiques of the global trade
system is how it ships jobs, especially manufacturing jobs, from less developed countries
to developing countries. Lower-skilled workers who lose manufacturing jobs in
developed countries often have a difficult time finding new, comparably compensated
work.
While globalization has made foreign cultures easier to access, it has also begun to meld
cultures together. The success of certain cultures throughout the world have caused other
countries to emulate these lifestyles and culture. When cultures begin to lose their
distinctive features, basically looses lose overall global diversity. Therefore, it can easily
be said that making changes like expansion of business at international level of Ernst and
Young would remove the cultural diversity .

margin because of the globalisation where company has expanded its business without focusing
on any kind of trade barrier. Along with this, globalisation has also given access to larger
markets means that Ernst and young may experience higher demand for their services, as well as

Research approach: This section of research is divided into two parts which is inductive
and deductive. According to the research, inductive approach is used by researcher because it
provide it help in testing hypothesis (Njaya, 2014). On the other side, deductive approach is not
appropriate for this study because it not give accurate data about the study.

time period for completion of research activities. In this, Gantt Chart is consider best graphical
tool which will support an investigator to analysis starting and closing time duration for
completing research activities.
Techniques, procedures and Research instruments: Questionnaire is consider best
instrument of primary research which will help a researcher to accumulate reliable and valid

because it support them in collecting reliable and valid data about the study. On the other side,
under, secondary source, articles, books, journals and many other relevant magazines are applied
by researcher to gather in-depth information about the study. Therefore, both primary and
secondary source are used for collecting appropriate information related to the study.

Research sampling: This part of research methodology mainly classified into two parts,
one is probability sampling and other one is non-probability sampling. Both sampling methods
are essential but according to the topic, continences sampling as a form of non-probability
method is used by researcher. Main reason behind selecting this method as it not need more time,
cost and resources of an organisation or researcher (Wirtz, Tuzovic and Ehret, 2015). Thus, with
the help of convenience method, 100 employees (Respondents) are taken into consideration.
Research Ethics: It is another important and essential section for researcher to complete each
activities of research is ethical manner. There are mainly three principles of research ethics such
as informed consent, anonymity and confidentiality. All these principles should be followed by
researcher which will help an investigator to complete research project in systematic and
effective manner.
Research Limitation: There are different limitation for research such as time, data
collection, data analysis and many other that impact on researcher while completing research
activity. Along with this, time is major limitation because for completing each activities or task
of research, accurate time period is needed by investigator (Yu, Byun and Lee, 2014). Thus, as
whole, for completing dissertation, accurate time period is needed by researcher.
Research Reliability and Validity: Reliability and valid of research is mainly depend on
