parts of the world.
Globalisation will helps in generating the huge profits and maximised sale of the
organisations. Globalisation have started trading the goods of the one country to another which
have established a healthy relationship between the peoples of different p[laces and this help he
enterprises in identifying the tastes and preferences in order to increase the sales of the company.
This assist to develop a systematic work that have increased the performance of the business.
Globalisation have improved performance of various business functions as trade of the goods
and services outside the country generates more profitability which have impacted on the
production capabilities. Increased sale of the products may result in the maximised production
and this can be possible by increasing the number of employees which effects the HR functions
directly.
Rationale of the research
In an enterprise which have performed managers focus in improving the effective
operations in organisation which results in the effective quality of goods and services in order to

help the business process to carry out the effective and efficient operations that generates the

improve the functional performance and operations of the Hilton Hotel. Estimated cost of this
research is $ 90 which is required to manage the resources of implementing the research on

Research design
The design of the project is one of the most important aspect which mainly helps in
creating the framework of making the final project research within the Hilton Hotel. This helps
in determining the steps of performing the tasks that ,leads to the successful project research.
Implementing appropriate design of the research helps in carrying out the effective planning of
developing a project research (Johnson, 2016). This provides the concluded final evidences
