companies can globalise their business in the effective way. Moreover, it is necessary for the
business organisations to conduct the proper HRM practices within the organisation so as to
attract and retain the prospective candidates towards conducting the business activities in a
proper manner in the global market (Adzic, 2011). This project is based on Nestle which is a
large multinational organisation offers food confectionery items headquartered in Switzerland.
Company offers variety of products under its own brand name which gains competitive
advantage over rival companies. This project will determine the aims and objectives of the
company as analyses project management plan which determines cost, quality, resources and
time taken to complete the research activities. It also determines proper information with the help
of both the sources so as to draw the proper results and conclude it with proper recommendation.

According to Donald Smith, (2019) Globalisation is an integrated process which allows
the free movement of idea, capital and people across the national borders. It is a systematic
process which allows integration and interconnectedness of the business organisations
throughout the world. This helps the business organisations to conduct their business activities
globally and meets the international requirements of the business.
