The main aim behind selecting this research topic is to identify the manner in which
globalisation support an organisation in its growth and success at marketplace. In
addition to this by performing research over this topic researcher would be able to
determine the benefits that Amazon get through globalisation.

Section Five: Research approach and methodologies
Research methodology consists of several tools and techniques that are used to
perform investigation in an effective manner fro extracting the valid conclusion and
findings. The tools and techniques used in this investigation are mentioned below:
1. Research approach – There are basically two type of research approaches
used in investigations such as Inductive and Deductive. For performing this
investigation inductive approach will be used that provide a theoretical framework
for deeply analysing the area of concern.
2. Research design – The design of a research are being presented in two
forms i.e. Quantitative and Qualitative. For conducting this investigation qualitative
research design will be used as it support in performing in-depth study of research
topic.
3. Research strategy – This help in identifying the tactics that must be used
to gather and represent the information regarding particular area of problem. For
this investigation data will be gathered by using mix method i.e. primary and
secondary method of collection by using qualitative research design with the help
of inductive approach.
4. Time horizon:- For ensuring the effective completion of work time must be
divided among the research activities for systematic execution of work. For this
Gantt chart is used which is a pictorial representation of number of activities
involve in investigation along with time taken for completion.
5. Data collection and data analysis - The data is collected using two
methods such as primary and secondary. Fro performing this investigation both
primary and secondary data collection method will be used as it ensure effective
data representation. For gathering primary information questionnaire will be used
and secondary data will be gathered in term of authors' point of view from sources
like journals, boon and online articles which them gathered and presented in form
of literature review. This represent the critical evaluation of author's point of view
for presenting more appropriate understanding regarding the topic of concern.
Despite of all this the data gathered will be analysed using thematic approach
which include a short statement i.e. 'Theme' that provide understanding regarding
the matter that is going to be discussed.
