Gantt Chart
Project requires to be complete with covering different activities such as introduction,
setting aims and objectives, etc. So in order to estimate time required by such activities can be
considered under Gantt Chart. This technique is pictorial description of project activities with
their time slot. In order to understand Gantt chart, there is horizontal as well as vertical lines
which represents time for conducting specific activities. This makes team mates clear about time
required for specific activities and sequence of project actions, so it is easy to complete project
without much confusion. Each activity is represented under different bars which shows length of
activity, reflects start time of activity and duration of end of activity. So with the help Gantt chart
