From the above conducted research, it has been investigated that globalising the

productivity. Each organisation can move their business and expand it by using the concept
of globalisation. Apart from all this, in context with the company Jaguar, as it look for
expanding its business in global market where the people are always desire to buy
something which is innovative without taking care of cost. Therefore, this is to suggest to
the company that their managers should ascertain the need and requirements of the
customers before launching the business in new market, so that they can gain the satisfaction
of customers by fulfilling their demands. Also this is to recommend that, to increase the
positive economic, cultural ad ethics advantages the company have to modify the business
as well according to the conditions of the global market. At last, the main recommendations
for the Jaguar is to suggest that they should implement the modern technologies in business
for promoting their business in international market.

While conducting this research, I have learned many things and experienced a lot and
apart from this I have faced many issues as by questioning to the respondents who were very
skilled and in front of them my communication skills was not proper understandable by
them that was the main reason I was failed to collect the reliable information on the specific
topic of the research. In addition with this, the cost which was estimated by my to complete
this research was not satisfactory as the requirement of resources was greater and it was too
difficult to complete the research in effective given time frame. Along with this, I gained the
opportunity of learning the new different ways of expanding the business in global market. I
have gone through the experience on the globalisation which can be beneficial for me in
conducting any research in upcoming future.
