This research project investigates the impact of globalization on Tesco's business operations. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including exploratory research design, a positivism research philosophy, and an inductive approach. Data collection involves both primary and secondary sources, with a focus on a random sample of 15 Tesco employees. The data is analyzed using thematic analysis, exploring key themes such as the operational benefits of globalization, increased sales and profits, effective global strategies, advancements in technology, and the expansion of the customer base. The findings reveal how Tesco has adapted to the global market, improved operational efficiency, and increased customer awareness. The report presents detailed analysis of these themes, offering insights into Tesco's global performance and strategies.
