such as economic, cultural and ethical aspect. It refers with modern phenomena that is essential
to increase productivity and profitability. In economic aspect, positive impact on globalisation
are on growth in wealthy nations and it increases trade and FDI. As a result, it is resulting for
higher growth rates. Furthermore, cultural diversity influences multinational corporation which
assists to promote customers with homogeneous set of values and beliefs in marketing (Ireland
and Schofield, 2015). This is because, it integrates societies and people with trade, technology
and increase labour market which impact positively on the world. With respect to consider
ethical era of globalisation, every business must follow ethical rules and norms of different
nations so that it impacts positively on different enterprise functions (Parsons, Maclaran and
Chatzidakis, 2017).
Present study focusses on positive impact of economic, cultural and ethical elements on
globalisation in different marketing business functions. In this research, producing marketing
plan, product development and strategies overseeing with advertisement, promotion, distribution,
etc. Therefore, it is beneficial to increase several opportunities that helps to increase desired level
of results at workplace through communicate scope in marketing. In addition to this, customer
attraction and employment increases that helps to attain overall goals and objectives with
globalisation activities (Lewis and Phillipov, 2016).
John Lewis is partnership business which consist successful way for doing operations and
functions in global era. At global level, different aspects helps to increase more effectiveness in
