organisation and which can be fulfilled. Jaguar has invested on the functions of the marketing from
which it could aware about the current trends of marketing and also economic, culture and
environmental aspects of the globalisation on the marketing fictions. It uses the advance's
technology for better marketing and bring innovation according to the latest trends which increases
the competition in the market.
Organisation in relation to providing the training session for the better performance and also
making the skilled employees for marketing the cars and vehicles of the company. It has been
focused on the effective strategies of the marketing and also the actions which gain the awareness of
the new competitors in the market. There are so many strategies which has been adapted by the
company for better global market and which does not affect the culture, economic and
environmental aspects of the country and organisation as well.
There are so many ideas from which it marketing their products in the market such as the
advertising, offers an d discount which has been offered by the company which attract the
customers and from which it increases the sales and production. Marketing globally refers to the
actions which helps in marketing the organisation as well as the brand. It measures and monitoring

REFLECTION
From the research and study, I learned so many things and innovate new ideas which is very
helpful for my future and careers. I have learned the deep knowledge about the globalisation of the
marketing function which is important for the work of my job. I feel very pleasure in conducting
this research. I formulated the aims and objectives from which I feel complexity because I have to
narrow down the aims so I can reach the end of the conclusion of the research and study. After all
that I have prepared the project management plan which is one of the important task in conducting
the research very systematically and accordingly which has been involve the scope, cost, time,
resources, communication and risk at the time of conducting the research. In addition to this, it has
been evaluated the various research techniques for collecting the data and make the research study
realisable and valid. Further, the most amazing thing and experience is data collection through
marketing as I have interacted to the new peoples of the Jaguar and also I have learned the
importance of aligning the marketing functions with the globalisation. After conducting the
marketing research on various products and services, I have identified the recommendations of the
Jaguar which is also the best part of this research and study. At the end, I want to conclude that the
research makes me very confident that could more studies in the future.
CONCLUSION
Globalisation is the process for developing the international influences for operating the
business on the international scale. Globalisation of the marketing function has combining form of
selling and promotion of the products and services from it increases the sales interdepartmentally
and also integrated in the global economy. It makes the company stateless, without walls and
