INTRODUCTION
Background of research
By globalisation companies can interact with people, government and companies of
different countries over the world. The globalisation is representing the interdependence of
economies, culture and ethics which are affected by trading through different geographical areas
(Findikli and Rofcanin, 2016).
The report will lay emphasis on the Marks and Spencer for the current study. The Marks
and Spencer is multinational retail company of Britain. The company sells the home products,
food products and clothing of high quality. This research will cover in order to ascertain positive
impact of globalisation in accordance with economical, cultural and ethical for the marketing and
HR department of the company Marks and Spencer.
The researcher will evaluate the globalisation actually positively influenced the
marketing function as well as HR function. Also, the researcher will determine the increase in
profitability of the Marks and Spencer Group plc.

It is a procedure of systematic and logical associated for use at time to gather information
in order to make decisions in business (Fernández, 2015). It is a plan which is scientifically
designed to conduct study of research. Research Methods The scientific and systematic procedure of compilation,
interpretation, collection of data in order to deal with problems of business. There are two
ways in which research methods can be executed. They are quantitative research methods
and qualitative research methods. The qualitative research is based on attributes of data
collection such as colour, words, emotions, etc (Schutte and Barkhuizen, 2016). Whereas
quantitative research consists of numerical and calculative data. In this research, the
researcher will use qualitative research method. Research Design It is a method which is used in data collection and analysis of a
problem of research. The research design are of two types. One is conclusive and other is
exploratory. The conclusive research is collected by using a proper data collection
procedure but exploratory doesn't need to follow any procedure while collecting data
(Schutte and Barkhuizen, 2016). The exploratory design of research explores research
area which has some aspects. The researcher will use exploratory research design for this
research. Research Approach It is an approach which consist steps in data collection, analysis
and interpretation. There are three types of approaches of research. They are abductive,
inductive and deductive. The abductive research is consist of figures and facts. It is a
combination of numerical and cognitive reasoning (Fernández, 2015). Deductive
approach is usually based on developed hypothesis but the inductive approach is not
concerned with hypothesis formulation. The researcher will use deductive approach of
research in this project. Sampling It is a sample population which is selected from huge set of population. There
are two ways on which sampling can be executed, They are profitability and non
profitability. The systematic, stratified, cluster and simple method are types of
profitability and quota, snow ball, purposive and convenience sampling method are types

of non profitability sampling (Debroux, 2017). The researcher will use systematic
profitability method of sampling to execute this research. Data Collection It is a process of collecting data from a relevant source to determine
the outcomes of research topic. The data collection are of two types. Primary data
collection and secondary data collection. The primary data is collected for determining
the original research and it can be collected through questionnaire, interview, etc (Caesar
and Cahoon, 2015). The secondary research is collected from journals, magazines, books
etc., The researcher will use primary data that is a questionnaire will be formulated and to
be filled by managers of HR and Marketing. Data Analysis It involves identification pattern which are for specific purpose. Data
analysis can be executed in two broad divided ways they are Qualitative and quantitative
(Brown and Knudsen, 2015). The researcher here will use qualitative data analyse to
generate a proper outcome of this research topic.
Ethical Consideration The research is prepared in ethical manner. The norms and
