Work Breakdown Structure
A WBS is key project that is deliverable and helps in dividing activities into manageable
sections. This includes hierarchical decomposition of the work. The WBS is used for defining the
scope of project into manageable chunks of work that project has to initiate.
Milestone of project
A project milestone is defined as task of zero duration which shows an important
achievement in a project. Milestone presents clear sequence of events that is build until project is
complete. This is helpful in knowing how project is advancing. This clarifies how tasks can be
accomplished in given time. They have aero duration as they symbolises an achievement or time
of the project. Task association is major feature of milestone as start and end date of milestone
depends upon start and end date of task.
Time of the project – Each and every project has a start and end date. This helps investigators to
know how task can be accomplished and managed. The time required for completing this project
is around 6 months and qualitative approach is used for completing the project.

be figure out by three type of channels of economic which are useful for countries as well as for
business. It require time which is crucial for organisation to make more profit and want to
survive for long run. Capital outflow and inflows re important for any country for doing
international trade. It provide mobility and saving in order to distribute among the countries
which have potential of doing business.
As per Macdonald and Marshall (2015), there are various challenges which occur in
globalisation such as job mobility,it is a challenges of global trade system is how to transfer job
such as manufacturing jobs. The people who have less skilled and not have much experience
have tend to losses job in developing countries have often face difficulties finding new job in
respective field. In this situation more people need help in reading job , financial support and
need to minimise tax revenues. Another challenge is western dominance and there is presence of
huge growth in markets but the western countries still hold the international market share. For
instance, organisation like IMF and the World Bank provides simple process which help
individual to avail loan. As it is not universal and applying them on non western countries may
result in loss of money. This has impact the culture and lifestyle of different countries and begin
to loses their distinctive features. It reduce the global diversity more people are moving towards

dispensary, labour right, employment practises and the natural environment. It become risk
factor for political government and risk of marginalization.
