INTRODUCTION
Globalisation can be defined as a activity by which an enterprise or entrepreneur are able
to manage and control their enterprise at multi-national level. While the word selection considers
the process, which helps an organisation to recruit or hire a suitable candidate for the
organisation. Training refer to the process by which an organisation ensures the development of
necessary skill and knowledge in a candidate which improves the productivity of the
organisation. For consider effectively recruitment is a function that help organisation to hire
suitable candidates through internal and external methods of the organisation. This assignment is
based from the perspective of tesco which operates their business retail industry. They offer
different variety of products in the market or customers for earning more amount of profits. In
this project study aim and objective in context of recruitment, training and selection will be
