INTRODUCTION
Reflective diary is the highlight of the information that are collected from the research
work about the impact of globalisation on individual or country as a whole (Spence, 2011). It
summaries of various information that are gathered during the seminar and lectures and problems
that are arise during that course of time are identified.

It is said to be the most important experience that I got during the lecture and seminars
which are completely new to me. However, I do have proper knowledge and capabilities about
the topic that was discussed during the session but some of the topics are not clear as I was
unaware about that particular topic. Lecturers have taught me lot of new concepts about
globalisation which generate certain meaning of this term and how they are related with the
development of the global economy as individual basis (What Is Globalization?, 2016.). One
important aspect that I observed which is the delivery of lecture by the persons.
Basically this type of topic are considered to be the most important or difficult topic but it
about explain most of the related topic with giving certain related examples it made me easy to
understand the topic more comfortably. The beginning of the lectures was started with delivering
a power point presentation about the topic which I taught that it was more than a basic lecture
that was delivered by the teachers in a seminar. Some experts of various filed are came in that
seminars, they answered every questions that are being asked by me and other students. Those
information which are related with the globalisation of and its future impact on the economy are
clearly understandable to me. It has done some of the other issues those are related with
globalisation those are out of the course (Yankuzo, 2014). I took various seminar and lectures or
debates session in which in collected many information about my ability to increase by
knowledge in order to make aware about certain changes related with impact of globalisation on
individual.
It will increase the thinking of various students those are attending that seminars. We also
shared some of the personal experience and opinions with each other in relation to gain more
knowledge about globalisation impact. For this I did unit study about my collogues and friends
in this process the persons which is more specialised in that particular field provided valuable
information regarding its advantages and disadvantages for the other students and people those

are the part of that group. Under this seminars, I tried to solve my queries related to the topics to
my concern professors because i did not have information regarding this topics. In the entire
procedures there are so many types of problem comes in front of me. But I failed to faced all
those because of lack of information for the relatively first time as this was completely new to
me. Most part of the lectures are in theoretical that are bit difficult to faced as it create boranes
some time. In few time I was excited because some of the topic which are discussed in the
seminar are perfect because those are already discussed in my classroom by the professors
(Connell and Marsh, 2010).
The improvisation of the new changes are not according to the demand of current
demand so it can not be so much effective so it seems to be complete wastage of time. Some
other issues are associated with the timing of the classes. Under this some of the lectures are
more lengthy sometimes which make us difficult to make proper concentration on that particular
topic that make most of the students boring and sleepy including me. That impact more on my
notes there are so many important topic and concepts which I was not able to included it into my
notebook. Teaching speed of the professors are also bit high that special note and points are
missed and only few of the points are understandable to me. Some of the teachers are delivering
there lecture totally in oral manner they don't even write a single word and not detected any
words to the students which is seems to be another major issues.
In spite, all these problems, I have so many problems that I have faced during that point
of discussion. That make my writing speed less as compare to that it was before. So many
definition and words are not able to captured by me in single point of time that make me forced
to watch it from my friends most of time. As most of my lectures are delivered in morning time
which make me so difficult to get in quick time. Because it was to early to grab all those aspect
which are delivered and I feel very much lazy in class. That make huge impact on my learning
ability that is very important to understand all those critical points related to globalisation.
Another major problems is related with my convenient which hamper lot of time during
travelling as my home was far from my college location (Fleer, Hedegaard and Tudge, 2012). In
order to overcome all those problems I have decided to take some of the important decision.
Whenever, I miss of the topic or not able to understand it properly I asked for my
professors to provide some extra time after college time to solve my queries. Some of the topic
are solve through asking questions in the middle of the session. If any thing I miss to write in

note book I ask for Q&A session to my teachers so that I could complete my topics. To remove
boringness in the classroom I started to discuss it with my friend to solve the questions that are
based on certain case studies. I has decided to get some of the information through website
which my professors had asked me to do so in order to gain some practical knowledge. In
coming time in-spite of attending boring seminars I had decided to join short session which do
not carry much of time through which my knowledge and necessary information regarding the
topic are make available to me in most effective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above project report it has been concluded that most of the important
information are collected regarding impact of globalisation and problems which are faced by the
students during the session are explained under this project.
