P4 Conduct research with the help of qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
Research approach: Investigation approached revenues been describing into two
different parts of method such as deductive and inductive approaches. Inductive approach
usually starts with observation philosophies are planned in order to finish the research process
and goals. Deductive research approach is developing the hypothesis on the existing theories.
Present study will be using the inductive research approach and goals. Taken study further.
Along with that, it discovers new management task and new effective learning goals.
Data collection: it is the procedure to collect different data from two different method
primary and secondary data collection techniques. That helps to collect data for the further
study, it helps to define into deeper manner. It is the kind of very systematic approach in order to
complete the process of project and helps to keep the target more managing and effective.
Present study will be uses primary information method by using the questionnaire method. It
develops the new managing new effective results.
Primary method of data collection is quite complex and expensive comparatively others.
Besides, primary data which create by some group of social unit. This data has been collected by
different know-how such as questionnaire, interview, observation etc.
Second method is secondary techniques to collect the data for research that to collect data
from internet, books, journals, magazines which has already been existed (Crane and Matten,
2016). The main aim of this method is to deeply analyse of the study which has been already
done by others to enhance the more knowledge on the specific topic.
Sampling: Selection is the long-lasting results & goals. Most specific and necessary part
of the procedure of research which taken some specific number of people as a respondent to
collect data. Sampling divided into two methods probability and non-probability sampling
technique. Probability selection acting is the process which stretches chance of participation in
the research. Probability sampling includes method such as stratified systematic, multistage,
cluster sampling method (Crane and Matten, 2016). On the other side, non-probability sampling
has selects member as per the age group, and selects people on the basis of non-random manner
(Vellas, 2016). Present study will be going to take simple random sampling method by taking
employees of the organisation which is around 20 employees as a respondent of the cited
company.

mode (Wheelen and et.al., 2017). Apart from that, qualitative research method is simple and
flexible than quantitative process. That affect the business into more appropriate manner. In this
data collection technique data has been evaluated by critical manner. Present study will be taken
