Project management plan
Costs: Cost of project will comprise expenses like, travelling, planning and conducting
interview, stationery and refresh. It is important to have smooth cost access for managing
smooth research process within time constraints.
Scope: The scope of research is wide as the chosen topic is globalisation for which
scholar will be outlining wide range of information from primary sampled participants to
address researches question and frame appropriate research findings.
Time: The project is limited to time constraints and therefore work and task are divided
on the basis of time for particular activities which is discussed in time frame. In
accordance with time frame drafting of aim and objectives and till final submission
research will take 8 weeks for completion.
Quality: The focus of scholar is on high quality data and therefore research focused on
primary data collection which is best for determining present scenarios of the research
topic.
Communication: Communication is related to primary data collection whee prior
telephonic permission will be taken from authorities of River island for conducting
review of employees. On addition, there will be one to one interaction with employee at
the time of interview.
Risk: The potential risk of study can be limited and restricted response of sampled
participants which will be barrier for final analysis and outcomes.
Resources: It is crucial part of project which helps the scholar in managing smooth of
study. It comprises stationers, proper space for conducting interview and analysis. Also
