Globalisation is the term which is used to describe the economic, social, political and cultural

innovation in the organisational and at the global level which would have diverse impact on the
economy and the customers both. In the present time the globalisation has increased the problem
of unemployment and inequality and poverty. The objectives of globalisation s to meet the needs
of people and improves their standard of livings. Now globalisation has increased the gap among
rich and poor people. On the other hand, in case of social impact of globalisation- as now there is
a rapidly increase in technologies and techniques used in the organisation and company so this
may result in impacting of social change by globalisation. Then in case of gender discrimination,
it is seen that now a day’s women’s participation so increasing in the company and organisation
very much in every field of work. Globalisation has helped the women in increasing of their
employability and reducing gender equality. There is another impact which is seen in social
culture due to globalisation that it is influencing different societies. So, every society and culture
have their own language, religion and beliefs and morality so this may be differed from other
culture.
Now on the next text, globalisation is using in many of the ways as there is a principle
which is under the progressive integration of social and economic (Lansbury, 2021). It can
impact the economy and social culture by driven new technologies and new international policies
and economic relationships. It is broadly said that globalisation consist of two aspects which
refers to the so many of the factors these are cross border, technology, trade and investments and
flowing of communication and information. globalisation in terms of economics can relates with

their societies. Globalisation helps the potential and perceptions of the development and creation
of wealth (Zeitz, and Leblang, 2021). Some of the arguments have seen that globalisation have
impacted in interest and opportunities and also it is creating a problem of unemployment and
inequality and poverty in the country. These problems have predicted globalisation and it is clear
that globalising is impacting socially and economically both to should work towards the
reduction of various problems. Thus, the gaol of globalisation is to meet the requirements of
people and results in increasing of their country requirement and needs of people.
There is certain effect of globalisation on the economy of the country which is operating in
all over the world. However, on the other hand there are some of the benefits of globalisation on
the economy these are that many of the organisation are located in US so they have to outsources
their customers supports towards the information technology in India. Another is increasing jobs
in various countries could have good and positive impact of globalisation on the economy and
socially (Zhao, 2021). Employees and people should have to get to know each other culture and
requirements so that they could work upon them.
Conclusion
From the above it is concluded that globalisation has most impact on social and economic
environment because it brings more creative and innovative ideas that could affect the economy
or cultural. Also, it deals with the political environment.
