this investigation is best because this is important for organisation to
understand about issues which might arise for maintaining standard and
quality of products. This provides information to industry about working
style of new organisation and reason why they operate in different
countries. If researcher wants to explore career in business sector, then
they can acquire knowledge about issues which arise and ways to deal
with it.
The major reason for selecting this topic for conducting investigation is to
know about ways through which business growth and development can be
analysed. There is requirement of complete and specific information so
possibilities of negative impact can be reduced. In current era, there is
scope of business growth because of working at international level. In this
topic, it is easy to collect primary information because this topic is well
known among people so they provide their views in appropriate manner.
If in future, researcher wants to expand business, then it is easy to get
positive impact.

Knowledge about globalisation
Globalisation is the process in which free trade can be conducted in more than one
country with consideration of legal policies. There are different trade and legal laws which has
to be followed through which authenticity of operations can be achieved. As per view of
Trunnis Goggins, 2019 there is requirement of complete information about geographical

region which has to be followed. With operating operations in more than one country, there is
improvement in living standard of people and they will become brand aware. Hence through
globalisation, not only company but also country gets benefits. So consumer demand also
have to be considered.
Role of globalisation in enhancing business performance of organisation
As globalisation is improving business operations in more than one country, so
there is positive impact on sales and profits of enterprise. With globalisation of business brand
image and logo of association is understood by many people and they prefer to avail services
from them. This makes it easy for managers to expand their operations. According to John
Williamson, 2019 Workers does not want to leave organisation because they are working
under good brand and have knowledge about international market. This assist them to achieve
personal aims ad objectives. Organisation is able to improve their working efficiency such as
use of latest technology, knowledge about consumer demand, etc. through which goals and
objectives i.e. profits and sales can be achieved.
Challenges faced by organisation in adoption of standardisation for more improved products
There are some standards which has to be followed by organisation to provide
satisfactory services to consumers, but some times, it is not available to specific country,
hence with expansion of operations, it is easy to serve consumers with best. So this is the
major challenges which arise in current market because there is competition and it is
important to provide best products to consumers. Challenges which arise are high cost,
differnc in tax and legal policies, etc. with which manager has to deal. There is requirement
of complete and specific information about particular geographical region because of
difference. According to Nicky LaMarco, 2019 there is issue in understanding language and
culture of country, improper communication technique, legal rules and regulations, etc. due to
which operations of association might get affected. If there is improper communication, then
there are possibilities that consumers and not able to conduct activities in better and
appropriate manner. If these factors are not considered by managers then smooth running of
business is possible.
Recommend ways through which standardisation can be adopted by association through
expansion at global level

There are many issues which arise in company while they are operating at
international level in order to maintain standardisation such as cost, up-gradations in
technology, change in legal laws and regulations, etc. which has to be overcome. There is
requirement of motivation of worker so they are ready to work under dynamic environment
and provide best services. There must be training to employees through which they can leran
about new techniques. There must be requirement of knowledge about geographical region
through which they can provide services as per their demand. As per view of Diana Wicks,
2019 There must be proper communication with the help of which employees are aware about
their roles and responsibilities through which possibilities of issue are less. Employees at
upper level must be hired from internal source of recruitment, while lower level can hire from
external sources through which organisation can perform their operations with providing
satisfaction to consumers, which results in growth in terns of sales and productivity.
Research gap:
in this investigation, study will be done for evaluating ways through which standardisation of
products can be maintained and understand about issues which might arise. Hence there is
knowledge expansion about dealing with issues which arise in maintaining quality of products
and reasons of expansion in different countries.

Research methodology is the section which makes it easy for investigator to understand about
techniques which are used. Some of the techniques used are discussed as under-
Positivism philosophy is used out of various methods because this provides complete and
specific information about structure of the study. This makes easy understanding about
approach which has to be considered while performing this study. Deductive approach is used
in this investigation because this covers different aspect which are important for research
outcome, which is not possible in inductive approach.
There are two methods of conducting research i.e. qualitative and quantitative method. For
this study, there will use of qualitative method because under this information is presented
through graphs and charts, so it is easy for reader to interpret data. This method is not based

on scientific methods, so it is easy for researcher to use it.
Primary and secondary information collected through which relevant and appropriate
information can be used. Primary information is collected through questionnaire because this
saves time and appropriate views of respondents can be collected. While secondary data is
gathered from internet sources. With primary information, perception of respondents can be
know, while secondary method is used to collect overall view about topic.
Sampling is important because it is not possible to collect information from whole population,
hence it is essential to select some individuals. Simple random probable sampling method is
used because there is no possibilities of partiality and accurate information can be collected.
50 employees are selected for collecting primary information.
