across all sectors in the United Kingdom (Migrant labour force within the construction industry,
2018). Globalisation plays important role in enhancing integration of labour market as well as
reducing the pay gap among workers in developing and advanced economies, particularly
through the spread of advanced technology.

Main intent behind choosing this topic or research is to analysis the effect of globalisation
