i.e. Unicorn Grocery which is a co-operative grocery store found in the year of 1996 and it is
located in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, England. Company has been at no profit and at no
loss phase from past 5 years. This has resulted that a range of staff members started leaving there
jobs because they did not found any sort of growth in there career. This impacted upon overall
performance level of the business organisation and this is why Unicorn Grocery shifted towards
international market rather than performing domestic level.

21st Century is specifically consist with full of opportunities for business organisations so
that they could expand themselves at international level. Here, globalisation can be taken as the
key source that are helping companies in operating business at international level. Along with
this, it can also be said that business organisations that are performing at domestic level would
