Advantages of globalization
 Globalization gives the wider access to the materials as well as services (Bogin et al.
2020).
 Globalization helps the people to remove the poverty from the country. It helps the
people to make the materials and services available for more people.
 Many reserachers say that globalization has enhanced cross-cultural understanding and
sharing (Jin and Roe 2020). Globalized society helps the people to enhance the culture,
values as well as attitudes. It helps to motivate the artist and helps to strengthen the
nations. It helps to give special exposure to the artists and it helps to provide strengthen
the relationship among the nation.
Disadvantages of globalization
 Globalization fails to give the desired achievement in labour and human rights and
environmental protection (Jin and Roe 2020).
 Globalization gives a huge amount of power to the multinational companies.
 Because of getting labour at lower costs, workers of the developed countries may be
terminated from their job (Jin and Roe 2020).
Reason for taking advantages of globalization by some developed countries
Economies of the developed countries are developed globally and it provides more
economic growth rather than establishment of the economies (Bogin et al. 2020). It is used to
elaborate the advantages of the economies for the development of various regions. It is used
create capitalistic and democratic political systems. For that reason, some developed
countries feel that they have taken the advantages.
