globalization in growth and success of the business. Furthermore, this document will also help in
revealing the potential advantage of the Globalisation which derives the success of the trading

market which is well known across the England's North West. This organization is a medium
sized company which operates in a sector dominated by large chains.
In addition to this, Research will be based on the concept of Globalisation which helps in

in international market. Also, The document presented different types influential factors from
different perspectives of varied authors. It will present the increasing trade across the borders of

international trade, ideas and culture. It widely contributes towards the development, growth and
sustainability of the all such retailing industries which is involved in globalised market in context
of social and cultural aspect.

According to Evrard, 2017, Globalisation represents an unavoidable phenomenon in the
history of mankind, which is evolving and making the countries in increasing the economical
condition by exchanging of goods across different regions. Developing the brand across the
international market helps in expanding the business and also this contributes towards the
economic increment of the country. As per the views of Krugman, 2017, it can be considered as
the extension of the social relation across world as it could be historically found the different
perspectives according to the changing scenario of the world. Along with this, Globalisation
tends to increase the foreign culture in every aspect.
According to 2010 federal Reserve bank of San Francisco Report, approximately 35.6
percent of all the retailing goods and services such as fashionable clothings and foot wears etc
which are domestically made goods that are just 3.4 percent. However, Marshall and et. al.,

market. It may cause interdependence among different nations which may be responsible for the
global instability and end up impacting on the large number of countries which generally relay

cause various leaders and managers to develop the knowledge and skills regarding the trend and
perceptions of the people living in other countries in which the organization is expanding its
business. In contrast, the benefits of globalisation can be unfairly skewed towards rich nations or
individuals results in the greater inequalities which leads towards the potential conflicts within
national and international context.
Moreover, FDI is the one of the significance which tends to increase rate of growth in
the world trade. It also helps in boosting the technology development which result in Growth and
restructured growth of industrial market. Hence it helps in improving the economic strength by

Data collection: Data collection is the method of collecting the ideas views and opinions of the
particular employees within the organization who had participated in the survey. Researcher can
use any type of data collection technique among both the methods such as Primary anD
secondary data collection technique. This research will be based on the primary data collection
which allows the researcher in collecting the data by own means. The respondents were asked to
give their views on the Globalization. These respondents were taken from the retailing business
of UK and researcher asked them to participate in a survey and provide the answers to such
questions effectively in order to determine the effective output.
Data Analysis: Data analysis is the process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modelling
the data. The data can be analyses through two different perspectives such as qualitative and
quantitative (Pessima and Dietz, 2019). Qualitative data analysis can be done through interviews
and questionnaires. Here, the research is focused towards carrying out the qualitative data
analysis via survey in the form of of distribution of the questionnaires which is distributed
among the total 30 employees in order to identify their views and opinions regarding the impact
of Globalization within the retailing industry.
Sampling Sampling is technique consists of mainly two types of sampling in collecting the data
to carry out the research Probabilistic and Non probabilistic. In Probabilistic sampling each
member is a known and the person also they have very high chances of participating in the study.
Randomization or chance is the core of probability sampling technique. There are commonly two
types of sampling approaches that is probabilistic and non probabilistic approach. In this research
Probability sampling is adopted in which Random sampling is selected by the researcher in order
to carry out the survey from the group of people. Simple Random Sampling is used by the
researcher because it allow the analyst to produce the higher level of data collection which has
been the most reliable source of data sampling. This type of sampling also allow the researcher
to increase the accuracy and thus it helped in possibility to make inferences about the population
(Kalitanyi, 2019). Sampling size used by the researcher is 30 employees which allow the analyst
to collect the data from employees of the organization.
In order to carry out the effective study about the impact of Globalization which derive
the business success, there are various researcher need to identify the research method and
sampling techniques. Also, researcher need to analyze the data collected from different sources.
Along with this researcher need to also identify the respondents who could be able to answer

I have used the inductive research approach as it is systematic procedure that concerned with the
generation of the new theory from the emerging data. Hence, I have used both technique of data
collection as primary and secondary. Therefore, primary method aids to collect the first hand
information whereas the secondary method has help to collect the information with help of
books, online articles and journals etc.
Furthermore, it can be stated in terms to have reliable data I have used research design as
descriptive method so detailed information on the topic of research can be collected and
analysed. Hence, I have used qualitative data analysis technique with the help of using thematic
approach so that effective information over the topic of research can be collected and analysed.
In this research, I have gathered the sampling of 30 respondents as employees. In this, simple
random method has been collected by use of probabilistic technique.

The recommendation has been given on the basis of above report to drive success to
business defined in the following manner as-
1. Globalisation process will be beneficial in order to enhance the integration and
interaction among the countries to conduct things in better and effective manner.
Therefore, the countries should adopts trading across the world. It is helpful in order to
gain competitive advantage within the market.
2. By adopting globalisation process, it can be possible to enhance interconnectedness of the
individuals and entities across the world and it also helps to have better global culture,
political and economic integration. Hence, process of globalisation should be adopted as
to have more diverse, cost effective revenue streams, supplier and labour and resources.
