According to Giddens (2018), Globalization has a great impact on the growing

establishment of the connectivity and uniqueness across the world. There are various
benefits of the globalization on the emerging economies. The world remains in concern
for any hazard or problem suffered by any one country. The global economy contributes
a lot to the growth and development of the host country. The international economy has
also put many efforts to maintain harmony and peace globally. Thus affects the growth
of the international companies and this growth is also attributed to the different
business functions of the business (Hill and Hernández-Requejo, 2008).
Garner, (2016), has reviewed the global economy depends on the trade and business.
The values of currency and trade flow affect the global economy choices of consumers
etc. IMF regulates the common pool of fund and uses some currencies which are stable.
Old and new products are showcased with the help of contracts of sale and the internet
in a short period of time. This economic benefit from the globalization provides a
positive effect on the business functions within the business organizations. The free
