INTRODUCTION
Foundation of business is the method under which an organization of business is able ton set
plans with strategies in order to make goals and objectives achievable. It is one of the most
important process under which an organization has to perform as per the condition that is
existing at a point of time. This can be done only through bringing changes technologies and
pattern to work as per the market status. Under this report two questions are required to be
answered out of which the first one is focusing upon affect of social media and technology on
business activities within last 10 to 15 years. Another question that has been chosen by me is
based on globalization and its impact in both positive and negative manner.

and organisations market their products and services in the last ten or fifteen years
Business is considered to be one of the most important part of nations economy and it is
the condition that is necessary in order to change as per the condition and requirement of it. If an
organization is not able to enhance as per the condition then it can result into rising of difficulties
in survival within market for an long period of time (Pan and et. al., 2018) . As per day to day
technologies and social media has been enhancing at very fast rate and customer is being
focusing upon organizations related to event. It has provided them best environment to grow and
technology has been benefited from the technology and there way of performing in market
condition over significance change. In this the organization has to attain the target within the
scenario under social media technology as this ease down the process of activities performance.
Organization is not utilizing any kind of social media and technology it makes the condition
very difficult towards attaining of objectives and goals. In last 10 to 15 years lot of changes has
been taking place in which an person is required to show interest towards social media because
this is going to help an organization to be focused over increasing of customer base through
online business facilities. Further some of the important points has been marked that has to be
focusing over developing both technology and social media that has affected organization in
making there product or services marketed within last ten to fifteen years.
