Introduction
The globalization has highly increased in the present time. The organizations are adapting the
processes and the procedures that can help them to attain the effective results and establish
competitive advantage. The globalization has provided with many benefits to the
organization. the advancement in the technology is the one of the benefit experienced by
organization as it helps in gaining higher profits and lead in the market in comparison to the
other organizations (Management Study HQ, 2018). This report involves the results of the
research conducted to identify the positive economic, cultural, and ethical impacts of
globalisation on business functions within organisations.
Aim of the research
The aim of the research study is to identify the positive economic, cultural, and ethical
impacts of globalisation on different business functions within organisations. The information
and the evidences related to the impact of globalization upon the functions of the business
will be gathered with the help of the primary and secondary method. This research will help
in providing with the effective understanding related to the effect of the globalization upon
the functions of business.
Objectives
The objectives of this research study are:
 To identify the positive economic impact of globalization on business functions.
 To identify the positive cultural impact of globalization on business functions.
 To identify the positive ethical impact of globalization on business functions.

Research Methodology
The research will be conducted using the primary and secondary both research methods. The
qualitative and quantitative methods will be used to collect the data and the information
related to the research topic and to meet the objectives of the research in an effective manner.
Data collection
A small scale research has been conducted in order to gather the data and the information
related to research topic. The survey and interview will be conducted with the employees and
the managers of the organization in order to obtain the information related to impact of

The results of the analysis show that the globalization has helped in increasing the flexibility
in culture and helped in employing the employees belonging to different countries. It helps in
enhancing the ability of the company perform the functions of the business by the innovative
ideas of creative and talented employees. The culture of the organization can be changed in a
positive manner through involving the global standard in management of the human
resources (Vesajoki, 2002). The globalization has helped in increasing the productivity and
the profitability by meeting the demands of the worldwide market of customers. The
organization can generate profits and can perform all the processes and the functions of the
business. It has been also found that the image of the organization can be enhanced globally
by following the ethics in the globalized environment. Along with this, the globalization
helps the organizations to perform better by following the ethics.

The analysis of the interview responses of the participant provided with the results that the
cultural, economical and the ethical impacts of the globalization are positive upon the
business functions of the organizations. The participants responded that the globalization has
introduced technological advancement that offers the ability to the organization to speed up
the business functions in an effective which helps in attain the higher profits. The
globalization has increased the level of competition and in order to perform better, the
organizations have to bring the changes in the culture and hire culturally diverse staff in the
organization. It helps the organization to achieve more within the small period of time. It is
also added up by the participants that the organizations have to follow the ethics which
reduced the chances of the duplication of the products and the services which offers the
benefits to the organization largely and it can be considered as the one of the most positive
impact of globalization (Kumar et al., 2014).
Reflection
In my perception, it is important for the organization to keep the global market in mind and
bring the changes in order to attain the success in the globalized world. As per my opinion,
the organization can experience the positive impacts of the globalization in terms of ethics,
culture and economy when they consider the whole world as a single market. Bringing the
changes in the organization is important in order to establish the competitive advantage in the
globalized market. The effect of globalization is positives upon the functions of the business
as it helps in introducing new technologies and processes ain the organization to speed up and
enhance the performance.

Recommendations
It is recommended that the organizations should focus on adapting the global culture in order
to improve the abilities to maintain the business function. It is important for the organizations
to follow the global ethical standards in order to enhance its image and reputation in the
global market. It is important for the organization to investigate about the preferences of the
customers belonging to different region in order to earn more profits and meet the demands
of the customers.
Conclusion
The globalization has provided with the benefits to the organization. It has provided the
organizations to expand their businesses in an effective manner. The impact of globalization
upon the business functions is positive. The market size for the organizations has increased.
The organizations are effectively able to implement and use the new technology in order to
attain the success in global market as the globalization offer the benefits to serve the large
market size.
