based on the future studies and researches that might use its findings to investigate, further, on
the issue of globalization and its impact on business processes.
Communication
As the project includes primary data collection process, communication is a crucial factor that
might determine the quality of the data acquired. For this study, social media sites are used for
reaching the participants for the survey, the Tesco employees, while for interviews telephonic
and face-to-face interactions are conducted with its managers.
Resources
Along with the financial resources, secondary data resources liked journals, books; websites and
news articles, relevant to the project topic, globalization and its effect in business and human
resource, are utilized in this project (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). In addition, primary data
acquired from the management and employees of Tesco stores, located in London serve as
significant resources in this study. Finally, electronic devices such as computers, phones and
printers have been used for accessing information, data processing, interpretation and
presentation.
Risks
The major risk with the study is associated with the reliability and applicability of its findings.
Although simple random sampling technique and probability sampling method, used for the
survey, provide the scope for representative sampling, there is a possibility that the opinion of
the participants might not be shared by the general crowd (Etikan, Musa and Alkassim, 2016).
This would limit the applicability of the findings of this study. In addition, increased cost of the
research and limited accessibility to information and respondents could also hamper the quality
of the research.
