Introduction
As per the view of Beck (2018) globalization is the connection among the various countries in
terms of economic. Thus, it is the expansion of business or organization in the international
market. The advancement in communication and transportation or technology as a whole has
made this phenomenon of globalisation a reality. The organizations can now easily expand its
business to other countries. This expansion of business in the international market has brought
many types of changes in the business and society. Thus, the globalisation has not only
influenced the business or economics but it has also made an impact on the society. The
globalisation has benefitted the economic condition of the country in the terms that it has
provided organization bigger and better market (Steger 2017). In terms of society, the
globalisation has brought the world together as it has made the availability of products around
the world. Some products influence the society in different ways, the best example to understand
this is the McDonalds and KFC.
Analysis
Discussion of Globalization
McDonalds and KFC are the world leaders in the fast food chain business. They provide fast
food services around the world and it shows the globalisation of business. This has helped both
the companies in increasing their profitability with the increase in their customer base. However,
the interesting fact about both companies is that it brought certain changes in the food
consumption habits of the country it expanded the business (Beck 2018). The people of the other
countries were the fast food provided by McDonalds and KFC started to start eating foods
provided by both the companies and sooner it became the part of their food habits. The example
of such changes is India, the country that few years ago were not aware much of the foods such
as Burgers and Pizzas. However, India being the second largest populated country has now
become leading country in terms of consuming fast foods such as Pizzas and Burgers.
The globalization has not only been influential for the individuals but for the country as well.
The countries are affected by the globalization in different ways but particularly in terms of
economics. The globalization has provided opportunities for the developed countries to invest in
the under-develop or developing countries.

Influence of Globalization on Individuals and Country UK
The globalization on the one hand has benefitted for both individuals and country. On the other
hand, it has also made some negative impact on the individuals and country. The discussion with
including some external environmental factors will assist in understanding both positive and
negative influence of globalization on individuals and country (UK).

influence is a matter of concern. It is important to do detail analysis of the negative influence in
order to reduce or eliminate the negative influence of globalization. It will eventually benefit in
making the globalization much better and beneficiary both for individuals and UK.

In context of individuals, it is important for me to take certain measure against the negative
influence. The globalization has obviously benefited for me, as it has helped in enhancing my
skills of using new and advance technologiesand providing the easy and cheap accessibility of
products.However, certain negative influence such as over expense on the products and wasting
more time on playing gamesis needed to be countered. It is required for me to do a proper self-
management for tackling the negative influence of globalization. I need to control the habit of
playing more games and it can be done by making and following the proper routine. It is equally
important for me to control the expenses over the technological devices and proper financial
management can only do that.
In context of country (UK), the globalization have many positive influences such as,
development of better political relationships and increase in revenue collection. However, certain
negative influence is also prevalent for an example development of poor political relationship,
use of unsafe technological devices and decrease in GDP. The country needs to take important
measures such as, focusing on development of better trade and political relationship, ensuring
strict checking of imported products and maintaining the trade balance (import and export).
Conclusion
It is concluded that globalisation has played important role in making ties between or among
different countries. The emergence of different organizations and coalition of countries is the
outcome of the globalization. It has not only benefited the developed countries but also helped
the under-develop countries to get assistance from other countries in their growth. The
globalization has also influenced countries in terms of socio-cultural factor. In the above
discussion, it has already been noticed that how the food habits of individuals is influenced
because of globalization. It becomes national issue when the mass population of the country is
influenced because of globalization the use of electronics is one of the examples for
understanding this concept.
