In this investigation, there is discussion about effect of globalisation on financial reporting of
Vodafone PLC. This topic is related to finance and accounting which is crucial while expanding
business at international level. So this is related to my academics. Apart from this researcher
have interest in financial segment, so this investigation will complete within zeal and in
interesting way. If researcher wants to expand business at international level, then they can
acquire knowledge with this investigation about different financial aspects which they can
account in future. Investigator is able to improve their communication and team working skills
which assist them in their career development. This topic is important because these days
stakeholders wants exact knowledge about financial accounting, so this topic is relevant in
current market.

Basic understanding about globalisation
Globalisation refers to the process of integration of individuals, organisations, groups, etc.
among different countries. According to Sampson Quain (2019) Under this there is positive
impact to country, organisation and society as well. There is improvement in sales and profits
but at the same time, managers has to consider different policies through which they can get
positive impact on performance of association. For instance: there is difference in financial and
accounting policies of different countries, so while expanding business at international level
knowledge about financial aspects has to be improved.
Different documents required to convey financial information of Vodafone PLC

Financial information refers to the data which are related to accounting policies. It is important
to provide relevant and appropriate information about working style, growth of organisation to
stakeholders. There are different documents which are considered to deliver financial
information such as balance sheet, profit and loss account, revenue statement, cash flow
statement, etc. According to Jay Way (2019) it is important to provide convey information
through accounting books because stakeholders wants to know return on their investment,
creditors wants return on their pay back period. These are documents which provides complete
information about working style and growth prospects of Vodafone PLC. Stakeholders gets
information about working style and growth rate of Vodafone PLC through financial report, so
it must be presented properly and in effective manner.
Changes occur in financial accounting with globalisation of Vodafone PLC
There is difference in representation of financial statement at different geographical region.
While operating at international level, management of Vodafone PLC has to accept their

There are different accounting policies such as UK has different practices, while Australia has
some different, so managers has to take it in consideration. While operating at international

As these days, stakeholders are more conscious about working performance of association. So it
is important to communicate proper knowledge about working style of consumers because of

correct and absolute information to stakeholders, there is requirement of expertise who have
compete knowledge about financial aspects. When some information affects decision of
managers, but non financial, then it must be communicated through notes. Training must be

What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to

there are some tools and techniques which has to be considered in order to make study relevant
and more authentic. Research methodology is the chapter in which different techniques which
are used is clear. “Research Onion” is used in this investigation to study different aspects-
Research philosophy- Philosophy shows specified format in which investigation is done
considering proper techniques. Positivism philosophy is used in this investigation because this
considers crucial and important factors which might affect decision making at end.
Research approach- Approaches provides knowledge about set of activities which makes
investigation completed with covering all aspects. Inductive approach is used in this study
because this makes data simplified and useable in consideration to achieving aims and
objectives.
Research method- There are two methods for conducting investigation i.e. qualitative and
quantitative method. In this study qualitative is because this is the best way of representation

data through graphs and charts.
Data collection method- There are two methods of collecting information i.e. primary and
secondary sources. In this investigation both methods will use. Primary information is collected
through questionnaire. In this there is direct contact among respondents and researcher. While
secondary information is collected through online, sources, books, journals, etc.
Sampling- Sampling is the way in which some individuals are selected for collecting their views
and conducting primary investigation. Probability random sampling is used in this investigation
because this is the way to get bias free data and this method is simple to collect information. 50
stakeholders are selected for the purpose of collecting data through questionnaire.
