Globalization has led to the cross border trade across the world leading to the rise in
business activities in several countries and establishing a single platform for trading activities.
This in turn has changed the business revolution by implementing various cultural and economic
changes in the countries such as business expansion, exchange of currencies, FDI, labour
migration, change in marketing strategies etc. This research is based on the observational study
of Hilton Hotels- an American multinational hospitality company being head quartered in
Virginia, United States. Hilton Hotels operates its business in 113 countries across the world and
consists of 169,000 employees working under it. This research will use the application of various
tools and techniques to determine the positive impacts on HR function of Hilton Hotels.
Researcher will define how globalization has impacted HR function of the company and what
will be the strategies used for overcoming the challenges faced by Hilton Hotels due to
increasing level of labour migration across the world.
Rationale
The intent behind choosing this topic by researcher is to identify the ethical, cultural and

and target variables on the established system. It is very important component of the research
project where it involves all the filed of the study. The main purpose of the data collection is to
getting the quality evidence which allows the analysis for leading the formulation of convening.
Data collection has been defined in two categories primary data collection and secondary data
collection(Teherani, and et.al., 2015). Primary data collection refers to the sources of original
data and all the data has been collected from original sources where the scholar collect the data
on their hand and on the other hand the secondary data collection has been collected by other
persons and from books, journals and magazines etc. Researcher will use both the primary and
secondary data collection for preparing the questionnaire and select the 25 HR manager of the
company for collecting the relevant and accurate data(Palinkas and et.al., 2015).

Sampling is a procedure which has been statistical analysis that has been determined the
numbers of observations which has been taken for the larger numbers of population. It is a
process of selecting the participants and for estimating the characteristics of the population.
Sample has been counted as the symbolic perspective of population for ensuring the collection
that can be generalized for the sample of the research. Particularly, sampling can done by using
two methods that are probability sampling and the non probability sampling. Whereas, the
researcher will use the random sampling method for collecting the data and information.
Researcher will choose 20 Senior managers of the Hotel Hilton(Lohr, 2019).

completely aware and had good knowledge about the Hotel administrations and its operations.
