business activities in several countries and establishing a single platform for trading activities.
This in turn has changed the business revolution by implementing various cultural and economic
changes in the countries such as business expansion, exchange of currencies, FDI, labour
migration, change in marketing strategies etc. This research is based on the observational study
of Hilton Hotels- an American multinational hospitality company being head quartered in
Virginia, United States. Hilton Hotels operates its business in 113 countries across the world and
consists of 169,000 employees working under it. This research will use the application of various
tools and techniques to determine the positive impacts on HR function of Hilton Hotels.
Researcher will define how globalization has impacted HR function of the company and what
will be the strategies used for overcoming the challenges faced by Hilton Hotels due to
increasing level of labour migration across the world.

The intent behind choosing this topic by researcher is to identify the ethical, cultural and

outcomes obtained is that 18 managers agreed that HR department has to face the issue of
cultural implications due to labour migration across the countries. They justified it by stating that
labours and employees that travelled from different countries has many cultural differences and
language barriers and were not able to adjust the organizational culture which created difficulty
in Hotel's performance. Remaining were not agreed as they believed that the employees must be
capable enough to adjust as per the organization's requirements in order to work along with it.

From the research conducted the data obtained was accurate and reliable enough to
interpret the results as it was directly collected from the Hilton Hotel managers. But on the other
hand it was difficulty in obtaining the permission access as well as the answers for certain
questions. The process has made many delays for obtaining the answers from the managers. The
permission granted to access the managers was also delayed and which created difficulty in
conducting the analysis for the data and calculating the outcomes from it. However, after all the
pros and cons, the data was collected and classified further into specific outcomes related to the
topic.

From this research I have enhanced my knowledge related to the globalization and its
impact on the business. While conducting this research I have been able to classify specific
objectives out of the aim created from the topic which helped me to understand each and every
element of globalization impact on Human Resource function of the organization and what are
the challenges and negative implications arised due to its impact. The research made me plan all
the activities and develop time scale and Gantt chart that involved scheduling of all the activities.
This research enhanced my practical knowledge as I prepared the questionnaire and collected the
reviews of managers of the Hotel. The research made me understand that the globalization has
led several positive changes in the business world as well as in HR function of the organization.

expenses for preparing the project. The task in the projects are made simple and the complexity
is reduced to greater extent. Project management ensures the information delivered and activities

researcher's knowledge and skills relating to the objectives and topic of the project.
