of workers etc. Apart from this, there are different challenges faced by company while they
globalise their business such as fast change in market trends, improper formulation of strategy,
lack of worker engagement etc. These are consider major challenges which will negatively

I am happy that I got chance to conduct research over an interesting and knowledgeable

company”. A case study on Waitrose Limited. In this investigation, for collecting primary data
about the globalisation, questionnaire is used by me because time provided for research was very
limited and questionnaire assist in gathering larger data from several people in single time.
Along with this, there are different methods which have been used by me such as research
approach, research design, research philosophy, primary and secondary method of data collection
etc. These are useful methods used by me which will helps in collection of accurate and reliable
information about the current study. Along with this, questionnaire have been used which assist

From the above report, it is concluded that role of human resource development is higher

long term progress. With this research project, focus to enhance training & development is linked
to activities and tasks of the retail sector into defined manner or way. Lastly, it is also concluded
that human resources will be future for supermarket and retail to rise its profitability.
