In the global enterprise, where expansion or business up-gradation has increased with
demand of manpower of true in nature or scope. Also, scope for training and learning has also
increased with business needs and wants. With change in business technology and scenario, role
of training and development has increased to enrich performance of an employee to face negative

as HR practice such as a training & development. Scope of this study is to build strategies and
action plan to achieves right results for context of HR practices. Lastly, scope for this study is to
long living to arrives at valid results for research study.

Gantt chart: This chart under which series of the horizontal lines show amount of the
work done in certain time period to amount planned for those time period. It is graphical tool that
shows tasks or activities performed against the time. The main reason behind use this tool
through Nestle is that it helps in divide the task or activities on the basis of set time period.
