Globalization
Introduction
Globalization is a dynamic term that can be regarded to as the process of interaction and
integration between various individuals, organizations, companies and governments (Giddens,
2018). As customer analyst who will develop a relations management (CRM) system for an
international company, the following is an analysis on the impact issues related to globalization.
A. Do you think globalization is a factor for your project success? Why?
The term customer relations management is a broad term that can be used to mean
specific strategies, policies, practices and also the distinct technology that a company would use
to analyze and manage how their customers interact and their relevant data through the entire
customer lifecycle.
With this system to be developed, then there is no any doubt whatsoever that globalization is
among one of the few factors for this particular project’s success. Globalization ranges from
political, social, technological and economic. Globalization involves persons and their
interactions on these various spheres identified above across the globe, which definitely has an
impact as far as customers are related and their interactions and relevant data. It is these various
individuals that form the customers and in order to understand them the globalizations has a role
in (Hirst, Thompson, Bromley, 2015).
It can therefore be deduced that indeed globalization has a role to play in the success of this
particular project.
B. Identify the globalization issues and the forces behind them that might affect your

Globalization
One of the globalization factors that might affect my teamwork and their quality to
produce and (CRM) system is technology. Well, technology is quite a broad term that refers to
all the technical knowhow and skills required in the accomplishment of a certain designated task.
Technology advances at a very high speed and at times coping up with it is little hectic. When
the right kind of technology is not available, the quality and also the teamwork of my project will
be compromised. This is due to the fact that in the absence of this vital factor then quality is not
assured (Baylis, Smith, Owens, 2017).
C. Discuss how you could mitigate the issues you identified in part B.
The issue of technology is quite fundamental and its effects in the development of this
particular system could be made less sever if and only if the organization incorporates both older
and recent technological means in the development process.
D. Develop an action plan for your strategy in handling the challenges you discussed in
part C.
Incorporating both older and recent technology is quite challenging despite the numerous
advantages it brings about in the development of this system.
These challenges can, however, be handled by proper allocation of tasks to each of these forms
of technology and making sure that one carefully blends these two technologies in the proper and
meaningful development of this particular system (Beck, 2018).
It should be noted that the incorporation should be objective and precise in nature so as to
facilitate the success of this particular system in accomplishing the tasks it’s designed to.
