INTRODUCTION
Globalization can be defined as a process in which interaction among different
companies, governments and other peoples is done. It is to be considered as one of the
important phenomenon in which capital expansion of integrated national and local
economies is done. Multinational corporations are important agent of globalization and
impact on their business activities of Nestle. It gives the enterprises access to the
international market for increasing the potential customer base.

Aim and Objective
Aim - To assess the impact of globalization on the multinational companies for
improving their recruitment, training and selection of employees to meet international
requirements: A study on Nestle.
Objective
 To evaluate the impact of globalisation on Nestle.

RECOMMENDATION
 As per discussion, it can be determined that report has been focused on the selection and
recruitment process of Nestle where each activities has been performed different action to
hire the efficient people for the organization. As per survey, it has been found that there are
maximum employee’s positive opinions towards the globalization.

 It always impacts on the business process and also change their policy to implement new
concept on the recruitment or selection where they can increase the productivity and
profitability in marketplace. On the other hand, it has been concluded that globalization
allows the business to improve their recruitment and selection process so that they can
achieve the employee goals or objectives.

CONCLUSION
It has been recommended that the organization should be changing their policies and
procedures according to the demand of people so that they can improve their business
quality of services. It is the most common factor in terms of recruitment and selection
that support to improve their approaches for finding the efficient people. It has been
recommended to use the forecasts that will help to recruit the potential people and also
prevent the team from wasting more time at the time of selection.
