The current research has provided that globalised trading has eliminated the limitation of
national boundaries and opened up the sources for globalised economy and resources. The
research has taken the case study of Owen Barry, who manufactures fashionable items of
clothes, soft furnishings, accessories, handbags, etc in the UK. Organisation is expanding its
business with the introduction of new summer shoes in the Thailand. This project has helped the
organisation to understand the globalisation impact in both positive and negative manner on its
business strategy.
